After careful consideration, the Harrisburg Downtown Improvement District has decided to cancel the 2020 Harrisburg St. Patrick's Parade due to health and safety concerns related to COVID-19, commonly known as the coronavirus.

The parade, which was slotted for March 21, will not be rescheduled, and as a result of this decision, all entry fees, sponsorships, and donations will be applied to the 2021 parade unless a refund is requested in writing by mail at Harrisburg Downtown Improvement District, 22 North Second Street, Harrisburg, PA 17101, or email at Sydney@HarrisburgDID.com.

The Lucky Charm Harrisburg 5K and 10K race has also been cancelled, but runners will be able to complete a “virtual race,” and run an equivalent distance in order to receive their Lucky Charm medal. More information can be found on the event website.

We thank you for your patience and understanding.
